Daisy Daily is me, Caitlin Tate. I have 20+ years of business workflow and logistics experience in a broad range of companies. Small businesses hire me to act as their part-time, “business manager and virtual assistant.” I live in Riverside, CA with Cameron and Benjamin (sons), Dustin (husband), and our 2 dogs and a cat.
Here’s my story:
I spent the first 17 years of my adult life working in the service industry, and in particular, events and sales. I enjoyed it immensely.
I worked for companies such as Disney, Alfred Angelo, Wedgewood Weddings, and Service Partners. All focused around events and sales.
I had lots of jobs, projects, and promotions along the way and I had the chance to work with some of the smartest people on the planet, many of whom took time to mentor and teach me.
But this year, 2026, things changed abruptly. I’ve left corporate America to have the ability to be the mom I want to be for my sons and can’t imagine going back to the office. I knew it was time to go off on my own.
At first I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. But I was really into helping people solve their problems. I discovered the world of virtual assistance and realized that I could continue helping clients like I’ve always done and be a mom at the same time!
Wow, what a shock. As a first-time entrepreneur, and despite all my corporate experience, I’ve learned things about business I never could have imagined. Technology sites, systems integration, website design, search engine optimization, marketing, AI and most important, finances.
Today, having launched a small company of my own, and knowing that I’ve always been the one that friends, relatives and former coworkers come to when they need support and problem solving, I am proud to run Daisy Daily Solutions.
